Important points to know before scheduling your pool closing:
- In the scheduling portal, you will notice only Sundays are available for selection. You are selecting that WEEK ONLY. For example, Sunday, September 28th is for the week of September 28th. You may be scheduled on the Thursday based on our routes. You will also be selecting a 3am time frame for the crews arrival on the week of service you prefer. This is just a placeholder for your week of service.
- On the Friday before your selected week, you will receive an email confirming the group you are in. GROUP 1 is Monday-Wednesday, Group 2 is Wednesday-Friday.
- It is your responsibility to read through and select the appropriate add-on services that match your specific pool setup. Failure to select the correct add-on service when scheduling your closing will result in an additional charge and rescheduling.
- You are not required to be present for the closing procedure.
- Please make sure you set all closing items outside by the pool at 8am the morning of your closing group. If closing items are not outside, you will be billed additionally for the needed closing supplies, plus an additional $10.00 administrative fee.
